**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and information about our range of vehicles, including features, performance, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communications and personalized service.
- Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry, keeping current with trends and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the competition and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual a plus!
